18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with femoral neck fracture; (2) young adults (18-65 years old); (3) no obvious operation contraindication; (4) patients who volunteered to participate in clinical trials and signed informed consent forms with good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) immature skeletal system ( 16) or accompanied by ipsilateral lower limb fractures, femoral head fractures, pelvic or acetabular fractures; (5) patients with other diseases that affect the operation and rehabilitation process; (6) patients receiving open reduction during operation; (7) patients with obvious operation contraindications.
