35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of glaucoma combined with cataract in accordance with the criteria formulated by Ophthalmological Branch of Chinese Medical Association. 2. Effective drug treatment cannot be carried out, which is confirmed by ophthalmologists in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. 3. Age ranged from 35 to 65 years, irrespective of sex. 4. Irrespective of left and right eyes. 5. Provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrently participating in other ophthalmic operations; 2. High myopia; 3. Keratitis; 4. Diabetes; 5. Nervous system diseases; 6. Cardiac or renal dysfunction.
