Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-75 years, either in the outpatient or inpatient; 2) According to the clinical diagnostic criteria of gout, no uric acid-lowering drugs have been used in the past month, and the acute episode of gout has been relieved for at least two weeks; 3) Blood uric acid value >= 480umol / L; 4) Other concomitant diseases (such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, etc.) are stable, and the doses of other diseases are unchanged during the test. 5) eGFR >= 30ml / min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant or lactating women; 2) Patients with acute or chronic renal failure (eGFR= 2.5 UNL); 4) Uncontrolled hypertensive patients, systolic blood pressure >= 160 and / or diastolic blood pressure >= 110mmHg; 5) Uncontrolled diabetic patients, fasting blood glucose > 10mmol / L, and / or glycated hemoglobin >= 9%; 6) Malignant tumors, blood system diseases, severe heart disease disorders.
