18 Years to 34 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy non-obese men and men with central obesity (each n = 15); 2. Insufficiently active ( 24.90 kg/m2 and waist circumference > 89.9 cm; 4. Aged between 18 and 34 years; 5. Fasting blood glucose is less than 7.0 mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. meet the current PA guidelines using IPAQ; 2. are current smokers; 3. have a known history of CVD or diabetes; 4. are allergic to milk or gluten; 5. have diseases (arthritis) or injuries that would affect gait and/or limit the ability to walk on a treadmill; 6. are using any medications known to affect lipid or glucose metabolism.
