Total hip replacement

Interventions

experimental group:5days/wk, 30minX2/day, video based patient education and exercise training with the supervision of PT

control group:5days/wk, 30minX2/day, traditional physical therapy session and normal face to face patient education

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hip replacement surgery for the first time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) severe cardiopulmonary disease, which affecting preoperative routine ADL (such as stroke caused hemiplegia, severe COPD, etc.) 2) cannot be complete indoor 10-meter walking one month before surgery. 3) there are communication and cognitive barriers, and they cannot cooperate to complete the experiment. 4) do not agree to accept the research.
