Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children patients aged <= 18 years who was administered voriconazole enterally or parenterally and monitored at least one voriconazole plasma trough concentration was eligible for study from 1th January 2016 to 31th December 2018.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The source of voriconazole TDM blood sampling was from the outpatient department, incomplete medical record information and body weight of >= 50 kg when patients aged 12 to 14 years.
