18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged beween 18 and 80 years; 2. ASA I-III patients undergoing elective surgery; 3. Mallampatis Grade III-IV; 4. Ability to understand and voluntarily sign informed consent; 5. Willing to follow the research requirements and cooperate with the visiting time of researchers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart rate < 50 beats/min, systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg; 2. Use of a2 receptor agonists or antagonists within 14 days; 3. Contraindication of nasal intubation; 4. Emergency surgery; 5. Coagulation disorder; 6. Heart failure; 7. Related durg allergy; 8. Inability to cooperate actively and describe symptoms objectively.
