Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Exposure Group: Aged 23 to 40 years; No ear disease history; Otoscope examine to check the external auditory canal and tympanic membrane for both ears are all right. Type A tympanogram for both ears. Hearing threshold 500, 1000,2000,3000,4000,6000,8000 Hz less than or equal to 25 dB HL. Working noise exposure more than or equal to 8h > 80 dB(A) LAeq every working day. Working hour 8 hours, 5 days per week. Working years more than or equal to 5 years. (2) Control Group: Aged 23 to 40 years; No ear disease history; Otoscope examine to check the external auditory canal and tympanic membrane for both ears are all right. Type A tympanogram for both ears. Hearing threshold 500, 1000,2000 ,3000,4000,6000,8000 Hz less than or equal to 25 dB HL. None occupational or damaged noise exposure history. Entertainment noise acceptation < 20 hr per week. No shooting hobby, No working noise exposure history.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Failure to cooperate with listening or speech tests.
