Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Time: 2019.10-2021.10; 2. Features of injuries:Open fracture of lower extremity with severe soft tissue injury, Classification: Gustilo-III; 3. Age:16-79 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of mental illness or psychological illness; 2. Trauma involves the central nervous system; 3. The patient was unconscious on admission; 4. Previously defect of lower extremity and bedridden.
