Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of kidney deficiency syndrome group: meet the diagnostic criteria for kidney deficiency syndrome according to ; right-handed, aged from 18 to 40 years; BPRS < 35, SAS<50, SDS< 50; mo medication within two weeks; no chronic painful diseases such as migraine, dysmenorrhea etc.. Inclusion criteria of healthy control group: right-handed, aged from 18 to 40 years, who has been proved to be in good health by physical examination, no family history of psychiatric and neurological disorders, no excitatory drugs have been taken in the past two months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Organic diseases; A history of neurologic or psychiatric disorders; Any other health problems or poor physical conditions that may influence participation; Any other brain structure damage or abnormalites identified by MRI examinations; Any history of alcohol or drug dependency; Any MRI contraindications.
