40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-80 years; 2. Sign the informed consent; 3. ASA:I~III; 4. Meet the indications of knee replacement surgery; 5. Auxiliary examination for admission has been completed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dementia patients; 2. Persons with coagulation disorder; 3. Various reasons could not be combined to complete neuropsychological tests, such as visual impairment, hearing impairment, mental illness, etc.; 4. Femoral nerve block is not acceptable due to infection at the puncture site; 5. Sick sinus syndrome and/or heart rate < 50 beats per minute; 6. Recovery from cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction; 7. Allergy to dexmedetomidine.
