Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged older than 18 years and younger than 45 years; 2. Clearly diagnosed as ACL injury by MRI and arthroscopy; 3. Unilateral ACL injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of chronic pain in the knee joint, rheumatoid arthritis, and intra-knee fracture; 2. The patient has a history of chronic osteoarthritis, and the x-ray film indicates the occurrence of joint space stenosis and other arthritis; 3. Have a posterior cruciate ligament injury, lateral collateral ligament injury or medial collateral ligament III degree injury; 4. There is a history of knee surgery.
