18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged >= 18 years; (2) in the first trimester (gestational age <= 12 weeks); (3) voluntarily participate in this study with informed consent; (4) junior high school or above; (5) fluent in Chinese, reading and comprehension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) suffering from mental illness or currently taking anti-mental illness drugs; (2) suffering from serious physical diseases such as heart, brain, blood vessels, liver and kidney; (3) receiving other psychological interventions or in the waiting group for other psychological interventions.
