Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction who meet the diagnostic criteria of cerebral apoplexy approved by the 4th national academic conference on cerebrovascular diseases through clinical diagnosis and CT or MRI examination; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. The hemiplegia; 4. The course of illness is less than 6 months and there are family members or escorts who can cooperate with treatment; 5. Side of the lower limb in a relatively convalescence, out the stage >=IV period; 6. The vertical balance reaches level 2, that is, when there is no external force in the vertical position, the patient can maintain balance in the process of adjusting from one posture to another; 7. First onset and unilateral onset; 8. Patients with stable condition, cooperative treatment and willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe internal diseases; 2. Bleeding tendency; 3. Severe infection; 4. Severe limb joint contracture; 5. Inability to cooperate with treatment; 6. Cognitive impairment and psychiatric symptoms.
