Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 40 years old patients with childhood-onset PSIS; 2. patients have had hormone replacement therapy except for growth hormone; 3. Ultrasound diagnosis of fatty liver; 4. NOT having GH treatment for the last 1 year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of medicine intake which may cause fatty liver; 2. A large amount of alcohol; 3. decompensated liver cirrhosis; 4. diabetes mellitus; 5. other diseases which may cause non-alcoholic fatty liver disease; 6. Patients with contraindications for GH therapy.
