Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged over 18 years; 2. The patient presented chest pain symptoms for less than 24 hours, and received emergency vehicle treatment, and continued follow-up for 45 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient cannot cooperate; 2. Patients with acute infection and trauma; 3. Respiratory and cardiac arrest before emergency vehicle; 4. Dying patients.
