Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The informed consent is signed by the subjects or their legal representatives before the start of clinical research; 2. Diagnosis of hematological malignancies and acceptance of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CRE infection is confirmed before hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 2. failure to perform anal test.
