Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients with gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, pancreatic, breast and thyroid diseases in general surgery department; 2. Inpatients using proton pump inhibitors during hospitalization; 3. Patients with clear consciousness and basic language communication skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inpatient who change the major department(including turn-in and turn-out); 2. The patient has not been discharged from the hospital during the sample period; 3. Patients with tumor chemotherapy; 4. Patients with a history of mental illness,cognitive impairment,or communication disorders; 5. Patients or family members refused to participate.
