Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old male or female, first onset; 2. All the enrolled patients met the classification of cerebrovascular diseases in China (2015), and were clinically diagnosed as cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage after head CT or MR examination; 3. Clear or mild impairment of consciousness, stable condition (no further deterioration of clinical neurological impairment), no serious cognitive impairment, normal cognitive function or mild cognitive impairment (MMSE>20); 4. Balance function > (self-dynamic or other dynamic),Berg balance scale (BBS) score 21-50 (range 0-56); 5. Muscle strength and range of motion were normal; 6. All patients had lower limb dysfunction, and the Brunnstrom stage of the affected side was above stage 3, and the modified Ashworth grade was below stage 2; 7. Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese or accompanied by family members; 8. Participants may sign the informed consent themselves or entrust their family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiovascular and/or respiratory dysfunction (uncontrolled hypertensive oxygen saturation <90% in recent ischemic heart attacks); 2. Systemic neurodegenerative or neuromuscular diseases with malignant tumors; 3. Subjects with other peripheral or central nervous system dysfunction, lower extremity joint inflammation or pathological changes, and active medical problems; 4. Patients with worsening condition during hospitalization or poor mental state on the day of the experiment; 5. Sports contraindications or serious infections, such as broken bones, heart disease or hypertension; Risk of falls; Serious or progressive neurological dysfunction active substance or alcohol abuse of cervical nerve root disease is chronic medical and/or other significant disability lead researcher thought based on the case to prevent safety and/or fully involved in the research of other serious disability mental illness (for example, severe disability of heart failure or pulmonary disease hepatitis actively treating mental illness).
