Compared with the clinical refraction and topography modified refraction strategies, the Zhang & Zheng vector-compensation strategy may offer superior outcomes in topography-guided LASIK for myopic and astigmatic corrections.

Compared with CR and TMR, ZZ VR may offer superior outcomes in T-CAT for myopic and astigmatic corrections.

Screening over 18 years old; refractive index is relatively stable; cornea is transparent and healthy; no organic eye lesions, transparent refractive media, normal color vision; no history of ophthalmic surgery, no history of eye trauma, no history of fundus diseases; no eye position and eye movement abnormalities; no other myopia patients who may affect vision or refractive fluctuation disease; The former best corrected visual acuity reached 1.0; the whole body was in good condition; patients who voluntarily accepted surgery and signed informed consent were the subjects of study. The baseline information of patients was obtained. The naked eye vision, best corrected visual acuity, high-order aberration data of anterior corneal surface, high-order and low-order aberration data of whole eye were obtained before operation, 1 day, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after operation.
