Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Screening over 45 years old; 2. Lens turbidity can be seen in standard pupil area, including vacuoles, water gaps, spoke turbidity, wedge turbidity, nuclear turbidity and posterior subcapsular turbidity, excluding a few punctate turbidity which has no effect on vision. According to the causes of the disease, it can be divided into age-related cataract and concurrent cataract; 3. Patients clinically diagnosed as age-related cataract or concurrent cataract; 4. Crystal nucleus hardness II~III; 5. Informed consent of patients and their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with glaucoma, retinopathy, keratopathy and obsolete ocular inflammation; (2) Other eye operations were performed; (3) Patients with severe systemic diseases could not cooperate with the researchers; (4) Those who fail to follow up regularly after operation.
