22 Years to 48 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients eligible for inclusion are 1. consecutive women underwent IVF treatment; 2. the treatment cycle has oocytes for time-lapse incubation, and 3. they are planned for extended culture before oocyte retrieval. All the subjects will be evaluated and screen for study eligibility by the principal investigator prior to study entry.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with more than half of the zygotes that are not able to record the ZMPs accurately will be excluded. If a zygote is transferred or cryopreserved before day 5, it will be considered as an incorrectly measured zygote. In our pilot data, 30% of the zygotes cannot be measured correctly due to their blur imaging, obstructions on the boundary or its degeneration.
