Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing endometrial carcinoma radical via general anesthesia, ASA I-II, aged no more than 65 years, BMI: 18 to 22 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergic to soy and egg yolk; hypertension;serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; respiratory diseases such as asthma, COPD, snoring, and difficult airway; mental illness, recent use of mental drugs, pregnant and nursing women.
