18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Understands the protocol and is able to give informed consent. 2) Male and female aged 18 to 75 years; 3) Oral squamous cell carcinoma confirmed by pathology in the first patient; 4) Location: tongue, buccal mucosa, maxillary gingiva, mandibular gingiva, floor of mouth, hard palate will be included; 5) Clinical stage(TNM) T1-4aN0-3M0; 6) Karnofsky score >60; 7) Surgery is the preferred treatment and the primary tumor can be excised with clear margins 8) Patients can be followed up regularly after operation according to follow up plan.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior radiotherapy ,chemotherapy surgery for malignancy in the head and neck region or recurrent patient. 2. Significant clinical cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as heart failure (NYHA III-IV), uncontrolled coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, uncontrolled arrhythmia, uncontrolled hypertension or previous half-year history of myocardial infarction or cerebral infarction; 3. History of malignant tumors outside the head and neck region of the body; 4. Known or self-reported HIV infection or active hepatitis B or C; 5. Patients have poor compliance and can not follow up on time; 6. Positive pregnancy test in female patients; 7. Other systemic diseases that do not conform to surgical indications; 8. Patients who refuse surgical treatment; 9. With prior malignancy outside the head and neck region in the preceding 5 years 10. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
