Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Aged >= 18 years; 2)Patients undergoing elective cardiovascular surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Previous history of drug and alcohol abuse,allergy to general anesthetics; 2) Severe hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh grades C),Severe renal insufficiency (requirement of renal replacement therapy); 3) Preoperative mechanical ventilation support or diagnosed with pneumonia before surgery; 4) Local or systemic Infection (within one month before surgery); 5) Patients with infective endocarditis; 6) Drug history of antibiotics and glucocorticoids (within one month before surgery); 7) Any other conditions that are considered unsuitable for study participation.
