18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-80 year; (2) People who need to do a lumbar puncture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from other diseases of ophthalmology such as optic neuritis, optic glioma, optic nerve sheath meningioma, corneal inflammatory activity, keratoconus or presence of fundus lesions, visual acuity less than 0.05 can not be fixed, etc.; (2) With >= -8 diopter Refractive error; (3) History of eye surgery, history of trauma; (4) Suffering from systemic connective tissue disease or autoimmune disease; (5) Unable to cooperate with the examiner.
