18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All ICU patients with sepsis and sepsis AKI, aged 18 to 80 years, and survival time >48 h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women, patients who gave up treatment during hospitalization, renal insufficiency caused by urinary tract obstruction, long-term dialysis treatment for patients with chronic renal failure, AKI recovery period and recent use of contrast agents, and those with obvious abdominal distension were not included in the study.
