Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of chronic tension headache with pericranial muscle diseases; 2. Aged from 20 to 70 years; 3. Headache Impact Test-6 (HIT-6) score (49,60); 4. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Headache caused by intracranial lesions; 2. Cervical spondylosis with severe or acute edema of spinal cord type; 3. Patients with active gastrointestinal ulcer or abdominal neoplasms, tuberculosis, inflammation, edema, abdominal aortic aneurysm, inferior vena cava thrombosis, filter and other abdominal vascular diseases are more serious; 4. Patients with severe heart disease or hypertension; 5. Women during pregnancy and menstruation; 6. Psychiatric patients; 7. A patient with headache caused by diseases of the ears, eyes, nose and teeth; 8. Skin injuries in head, neck, shoulder and abdomen should not be treated with massage; 9. A person who is incapacitated or unable to read and write independently; 10. Other circumstances that the researchers considered inappropriate to participate in the study.
