Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conformity with the diagnostic criteria of vascular cognitive impairment; 2. Conformity with the diagnostic criteria of kidney-yang deficiency syndrome; 3. Aged >=40 years; 4. Neuropsychological tests: MoCA < 26; 5. Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe consciousness disorder, severe aphasia and mental illness can not cooperate with those who complete neuropsychological assessment; 2. Other causes of cognitive impairment: hypothyroidism, HIV infection, vitamin B12 deficiency, connective tissue disease, syphilis, etc.; 3. Other neurological diseases that can affect cognitive function (such as severe Parkinson's disease, normal hydrocephalus, brain tumors, encephalitis, etc.); 4. Alcohol or drug addicts have been identified in the past six months; 5. Previously diagnosed as depression or Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) score >=17; 6. Those with serious primary diseases such as cardiac function and liver and kidney insufficiency can not follow the above-mentioned scheme.
