Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 18 and 25 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with oral, endocrine, kidney, gastrointestinal, metabolic and other chronic diseases or cognitive disorders, who have taken drugs or other health care products such as vitamins within one month, and who have the habit of smoking.
