Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Helicobacter pylori was positive previously. 13C breath test show that it's negative now and the gastroscopic pathology suggests chronic atrophic gastritis and/or gastric intestinal metaplasia. 2. Gastroscopic pathology suggests chronic atrophic gastritis and/or gastric intestinal metaplasia, and 13C breath test suggests Hp-negative patients. 3. Aged 18 to 70 years. 4. Those who are willing to complete relevant inspections and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Gastroscopy showed the presence of gastric dysplasia, gastric ulcer, gastric polyps, gastric cancer and other malignant tumors. History of gastric surgery; 2. Be allergic to the test drug; 3. There are other serious diseases of cardiovascular/pulmonary/brain; 4. Those need usage of NSAID or other anticoagulant drugs; 5. Pregnant women or during the Lactation.
