Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) in accordance with II to III period Kummell's Kummell's disease diagnostic criteria; (2) single vertebra lesion; (3) intractable back pain, which is aggravated when changing body position, seriously affects patients' life; (4) the lateral X-ray of over-extension and over-flexion indicated that the height and kyphosis Angle of the diseased vertebral body could be improved significantly; (5) treatment with thoracolumbar brace fixation, NSAID drugs for pain relief and anti-osteoporosis was ineffective for 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe cardiopulmonary and coagulation dysfunction; (2) patients with spinal cord and/or nerve root injury symptoms requiring spinal canal decompression; (3) accompanied by fresh compression fractures of other vertebrae; (4) complicated with malignant tumor and infection.
