Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Conform to the diagnostic criteria of cerebral apoplexy formulated by the fourth national conference on cerebrovascular diseases in 1995; (2) One side hemiplegia; (3) Brunnstrom stage at 2-4; (4) stable biosigns; (5) Duration of illness more than1 month; (6) Aged from 18 - 80 years old; (7) There was no impairment of listening comprehension; (8) International standard visual acuity table (>=0.8), or could see the motion played on 13.3 inch screen (0.5m); (9) Agree to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Subarachnoid hemorrhage, venous sinus thrombosis, transient ischemic attack, progressive stroke or reversible ischemic patients; (2) Lesions in the bilateral cerebral hemisphere, cerebellum or brainstem; (3) Have severe sensory dysfunction; (4) Patients with serious diseases such as cardiovascular disease, lung, hepar and kidney; (5) A history of seizures. Midway withdrawal standard: (1) Patients request; (2) patients with discomfort, can not continue to participate in training; (3) Can't complete the whole process; (4) Other special circumstances.
