Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. subjects > 17 years of age; 2. with American Society of Anesthesiology classification of I-II; 3. scheduled for elective surgery under spinal anesthesia were enrolled from Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Untreated ischemic heart disease, hypertension, Arrhythmia; 2. Acute and chronic respiratory disorders; 3. > 65 yr of age; 4.Emergent procedures; 5. Hyperthyreosis; 6. Stroke; 7. Refusal of subjects.
