19 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged from 19 to 60 years. 2. Body mass index 26 <= BMI <= 35 kg/ m2. 3. Obesity is not caused by diseases or drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have depression and anxiety. 2. Addiction to alcohol, tobacco, and/or substances of abuse. 3. Under medications that affect body weight, such as lipid-lowering medications. 4. Accept any obesity treatment during the past year. 5. Pregnant or lactating women. 6. Serious physical and neurological disease or intellectual disability that affect daily life or work.
