Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Volunteers(husband and wife) aged 18-50 participated in this study; (2) Newborns weighing 2500-4500g, gestational age 37-42 weeks, smooth delivery, first birth, single, exclusion of congenital diseases, genetic and metabolic diseases; (3) Mothers had no hypertension, diabetes mellitus, nephropathy, autoimmune diseases, blood system diseases, etc. (4) Mothers do not need to take long-term medicines before deliver because of diseases; (5) Mothers do not smoke or depend on substances; (6) Family compliance is good.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Families are unwilling to proceed; 2. During the follow-up period, the occurrence of diseases in children will affect breastfeeding (such as intracranial hemorrhage, milk protein allergy, etc.); 3. Major family accidents (such as divorce, death etc.)
