Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged from 5 to 12 years old; (2) live in underdevelopment area since they were born; (3) Not moved to other city for living before half-year of trial start.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) oedema; (2) metabolic syndrome; (3) mental illness including participates or their guardian unable to understand informed consent; (4) disability or suffer from major injury lead to growth and development disorder; (5) have evidence of nutrient absorption disorder; (6) child who received major surgery, especially who had been implanted artificial cardiac pacemaker.
