Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 12-18 years, regardless of gender; 2. BMI is greater than or equal to 25kg/m2; 3. Volunteered to participate in the hao qian weight loss summer camp and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiovascular, lung, kidney, liver or gastrointestinal, skeletal diseases; 2. Drug intervention has been used for metabolic syndrome; 3. Participate in other weight loss intervention programs within 3 months; 4. Infectious diseases and chronic infectious diseases; 5. Behavioral or psychological disorder, unstable psychosis; 6. Smoking history, taking any hormone drugs in the past 6 months, regular exercise habits, etc.; 7. Patients participating in other clinical trials; 8. The researchers do not think other reasons are suitable for clinical trials.
