22 Years to 38 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 22-38 years; 2. Basal FSH <= 10 IU/L; 3. AFC=6; 4. BMI20-28kg/m2; 5. COS with GnRH antagonist protocol; 6. The subjects must be volunteers and sign informed consents in person or by the legal representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ultrasound or hysteroscopy indicated intrauterine or endometrial lesion, including uterine malformation, endometrial polyp, hyperplasia, intrauterine adhesion, etc; 2. Endometriosis, adenomyosis; 3. Medical comorbidities like diabetes mellitus. 4. DOR patients; 5. Hypogonadotropic amenorrhea patients; 6. E2 > 4000pg/ml; 7. P > 1.5ng/ml.
