Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=75 years old; 2. Clinical and imaging diagnosis of hip fracture, including femoral neck fracture and intertrochanteric fracture; 3. treated in our hospital and regularly followed up for > 6 months, during the follow-up period The fracture healing was checked and the data was kept intact; 4. The patient signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with a history of hip fracture; (2) with other fractures; (3) with diabetes, thyroid disease, endocrine system diseases, osteoarthrosis and other diseases affecting bone metabolism or recent taking calcium, diuretic, glucocorticoids Heparin and other drugs that may affect bone metabolism.
