Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral revision hip surgery; (1) purulent secretions can be found around the knee joint, and sinus tract connected to the affected knee cavity can appear; (2) intraoperative exploration revealed the presence of pus in the knee cavity;(3) more than 3 of the following tests were positive: CRP>lOmg;(room)ESR>30mm/h; (3) bacterial culture of sinus secretion (+); (4) intraoperative tissue culture (+); (5) the number of white blood cells per high magnification was not less than 5; 3. The American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) score is I to III level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have severe cardiopulmonary function, poor basic condition, and can not tolerate surgical patients;
