Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient aged over 60 years old; 2. The diagnostic criteria conform to the criteria of hip fracture of the elderly in Practical Orthopedics and are confirmed as hip fracture by X-ray or CT examination; 3. No contraindication for operation; 4. Evan classification of femoral intertrochanteric fracture: type III-IV and unstable fracture after reduction, Gard of femoral neck fracture EN classification: type III and iv; 5. vascular lesions of lower extremities examined by color Doppler ultrasonography can be divided into no and mild lesions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Conservative treatment; 2. No complete medical record was obtained; 3. Malignant tumors, impairment of liver and kidney function, history of psychiatric diseases, cardiac insufficiency and pregnant and lactating women; 4. Sign the informed consent without the informed consent of all patients and their families.
