Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Refer to the 2018 edition of the osteoarthritis diagnostic guide; 2. Conservative treatment is ineffective for unilateral total knee replacement in patients with knee osteoarthritis; 3. Systemic conditions can tolerate surgery; 4. Mental condition is normal, can be combined with functional exercise; 5. Patient's informed consent for treatment and trial protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other causes of osteoarthrosis, such as rheumatoid arthritis, traumatic arthritis, etc.; 2. severe internal and external valgus deformity and rigidity of the knee; 3. with severe femoral and tibial defects; 4. revision surgery; 5. History of thromboembolism; 6. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. Preoperative severe anemia; 8. Hemorrhagic hematological patients and patients receiving anticoagulant therapy; 9. Patients with urinary acid allergy; 10. Previously combined with lower extremity venous thrombosis, history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular thrombosis and other peripheral vascular diseases, combined with malignant tumors.
