Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the simple diagnostic criteria of obesity; Above the age of 18, below the age of 65, regardless of gender; The subjects voluntarily agree and sign the informed consent, and can abide by the study protocol during the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mentally ill; Secondary obesity; There are serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infectious diseases, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other primary diseases or in patients with aspartate transaminase values above 3 times the normal high line, Weight loss in the last 3 months or in the midst of diet medication or exercise therapy; The patient cannot express the subjective feeling correctly, cannot cooperate; Pregnant woman.
