Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis; 2. aged between 45 and 65 years; 3. high school education or above; 4. body mass index (BMI) in the range of 20 to 24; 5. are right-handed; 6. sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The body has metal residue, tattoo; 2. Obvious lesions in the brain; 3. Unable to perform MRI scan; 4. Heavy drinking and drug abuse.
