Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) plan a natural birth; (2) sign the informed consent; (3) fetal head position is downward, (4) no risk of mother-to-child transmission of diseases; (5) fetal coagulation disorder is not suspected; (6) the gestational age is more than 36 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) refuse to sign the informed consent; (2) fetal gluteal presentation; (3) the risk of mother-to-child transmission of diseases; (4) suspected fetal coagulation disorder; (5) the gestational age is less than 36 weeks.
