Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty; 2. Patients undergoing general anesthesia; 3. Aged 18-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Simultaneous double knee replacement; 2. High risk factors for urinary retention include: history of prostatic hyperplasia, moderate symptoms of Intemational Prostate symptoms symptom Score (IPsS) and above (IPsS Score >=8), previous history of postoperative urinary retention, preoperative bed-rest dysuria, and residual urine > 100ml after urination;Complex knee arthroplasty with expected operative time > 3h; 3. Urinary tract infection, urinary tract irritation and urethral stricture existed before surgery; 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction need to have urinary catheter retained before operation.
