Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty; 2. Patients undergoing general anesthesia; 3. Aged 18-80 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Double hip arthroplasty was performed simultaneously; 2. High risk factors for urinary retention: history of prostatic hyperplasia, moderate symptoms of Intemational Prostatesymptom Score (IPsS) and above (IPsS Score >= 8), previous history of postoperative urinary retention, dysuria in bed before surgery, and residual urine > 100ml after urination;Complex hip and knee arthroplasty with expected time > 3h; 3. Before the presence of urinary tract infection, urinary tract irritation signs, urethral stricture; 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction need to have urinary catheter retained before operation.
