Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The maximum diameter of the thyroid nodule of the patients was more than 4cm, and all the patients were examined by FNA or CNB before operation, meeting one or more of the following criteria: (1) benign nodules were confirmed by pathology; (2) the patient has conscious symptoms that are clearly related to nodules (e.g., foreign body sensation, neck discomfort or pain); (3) prominent protrusion of the nodules affects aesthetics and requires treatment; (4) patients refuse clinical observation because their mental concerns affect their normal life; (5) rapid growth of nodule volume (more than doubled in 6 months).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) severe bleeding and coagulation dysfunction; (2) severe cardiovascular, respiratory and nervous system diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction and acute infection; (3) current pregnancy or lactation.
