20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acetabular weight-bearing area, anterior and posterior column and inner wall showed volumetric or structural bone defect, asymptomatic at rest, but painful during movement; X-ray showed that the cup displaced more than or equal to 2 mm in horizontal or vertical direction, or that although there was no displacement, the transparent band in each area was greater than 1 mm; and the rotation of the cup was greater than 5 degree. Rotational displacement of acetabulum combined with screw fracture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Periprosthetic fracture due to trauma; initial joint replacement; periprosthetic infection
